Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and improve quality across RDC, PDI, vehicle maintenance, and transport operations. You will conduct inspections, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate corrective actions with other departments.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive logistics or related operations, strong data analysis, and fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian and English. Occasional travel to operational sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, SCM, Automotive or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive logistics, quality management or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of RDC, PDI, vehicle transportation and maintenance processes.
• Experience in quality analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel to operational sites when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive logistics, quality management, vehicle distribution, or related operations.

Strong understanding of RDC, PDI, vehicle transportation, maintenance processes, and quality control standards.

Experience in quality analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.

Fluent in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English (both written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
