Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and improve quality across RDC, PDI, vehicle maintenance, and transport operations. You will conduct inspections, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate corrective actions with other departments.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive logistics or related operations, strong data analysis, and fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian and English. Occasional travel to operational sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, SCM, Automotive or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive logistics, quality management or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of RDC, PDI, vehicle transportation and maintenance processes.
• Experience in quality analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel to operational sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control quality performance across logistics operations, including RDC, PDI, vehicle maintenance, and transportation processes.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure activities comply with standards, SOPs and customer requirements.
• Provide real-time feedback on site issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support achievement of KPIs for quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quality reports, conduct regular audits, and present improvement recommendations to management.
• Promote quality awareness and provide training across operational teams.
