Job summary

J&T Express seeks a Quality Control Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee warehouse quality, SOPs, and KPI performance. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP or WMS systems.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in warehouse, logistics, or quality control.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate warehouse KPI performance for internal and customer metrics.
Develop, implement, and improve SOPs to ensure warehouse operations run effectively and consistently.
Conduct quality inspections on facilities, equipment, and safety conditions and coordinate with teams to mitigate risks.
Perform inventory audits on quantity, product quality, and expiry dates for accuracy.
Review warehouse processes including inbound and outbound activities for compliance.
Investigate abnormal orders and system discrepancies and provide corrective actions.
Ensure all warehouse documents are properly maintained and archived.
Consolidate quality findings across operations and prepare improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with Chinese-speaking teams regarding warehouse operations and quality control matters.
