Job summary

PT. Unimotor Technology Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, focusing on inbound/outbound activities, stock accuracy, and 5S safety standards. You will coordinate staff, monitor equipment usage, and prepare inventory reports to ensure smooth operations in Kendal, Central Java.

The role requires a diploma in logistics or related field and at least 1 year of warehouse experience; English proficiency is required and immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Management, or related field.
• Min 1 year of experience as Warehouse admin or SPV; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and FIFO/FEFO.
• Familiar with WMS or other warehouse software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory reports.
• English is a must (spoken and written).
• Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Ensure stock accuracy through routine checks and stock opname.
• Organize warehouse layout following 5S standards.
• Assign tasks and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff.
• Ensure proper storage according to product category, code, batch, and FIFO/FEFO.
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and production on stock availability.
• Oversee warehouse equipment and maintenance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory and warehouse movement reports.
• Handle stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or delayed shipments.
• Ensure SOP and safety regulations compliance.
• Provide training and evaluation for warehouse team.
