Job summary

PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and staff performance. You will manage WMS/ERP transactions, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and coordinate with other departments to maintain efficient logistics in Kendal, Central Java.

Fluency in English is required, Mandarin is an advantage. Responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring documentation accuracy, and leading a warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing warehouse teams.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper warehouse documentation.
• Manage and monitor warehouse staff and work allocation.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Manage WMS/ERP transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare warehouse reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and operates efficiently.
