Job summary

PT Mineral Alam Abadi (Mineral Alam Abadi Group) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. You will manage receiving, storage, and dispatch workflows using WMS, while maintaining accuracy in inventory and cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in a supervisory warehouse role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain / Logistics / Business / Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Inventory Supervisor.
• Proven background in Warehouse Cost Control, Budgeting, and Spare Part Analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily end-to-end warehouse business processes, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Manage warehouse cost control, budgeting, and spare part tracking, evaluating the financial impact of daily operational decisions.
• Utilize WMS to maintain high accuracy in inventory control and streamline receiving, storage, and dispatch workflows.
• Delegate tasks effectively based on team capabilities, set clear operational targets, and adapt swiftly to shifting business priorities.
• Coach, mentor, and upskill team members by sharing technical expertise and promoting continuous professional growth.
• Maintain clear, professional formal and informal communication across internal departments and external stakeholders.
