PT Astari Niagara Internasional is seeking a Warehouse Raw Material Assistant Manager to be based in Cikupa, Tangerang. The role covers managing multi-site inventory, overseeing receipt and transfer of raw materials, and ensuring compliance with EHS standards to support efficient cargo distribution.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in raw material warehouses, with knowledge of liquid chemicals and storage tanks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor.
• Experience with liquid chemical materials and storage tanks.
• Experience in multi-site warehouses and bonded zones is a plus.
• Familiar with WMS & ERP programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• WMS/SCM certification is a plus.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday (half-day).

Warehouse Raw Material Assistant Manager

PT Astari Niagara Internasional looking for Warehouse Raw Material Assistant Manager will be located in Cikupa, Tangerang:

Responsibility:

Manage multi-site inventory controls, perform monthly/annual stock counts and reconciliation, handle import permits (bonded and non-bonded), and coordinate delivery orders for cargo distribution.

Oversee daily warehouse activities—including receipt, storage, handling, and transfer of raw materials to ensure optimal storage conditions, efficient picking, and accurate documentation.

Supervise third-party transport performance, enforce strict Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across operational areas, and resolve or upscale operational issues to relevant internal teams.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in any major

Minimum 3 years of work experience as Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor in local or multinational manufacturing company

Required to have experience in handling liquid chemical material and storage tank

Experience in handling multi-site warehouses and bonded zone is a plus

Understand and familiar with WMS & ERP Program

Has good leadership and communication skill

Have WMS/ SCM certification is a plus

Willing to work Monday to Saturday (half-day)
