Job summary

PT Astari Niagara Internasional is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager for our Bitung, Tangerang locations. The role requires overseeing storage of raw materials, scraps, and finished goods, maintaining inventory across multiple sites, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries to customers and branches.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 10+ years in warehouse and logistics in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and experience with liquid chemicals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• 10+ years in warehouse/logistics in manufacturing; at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in warehouse and inventory management; multi-site warehouse management.
• Experience handling liquid chemicals preferred.
• Experience managing internal logistics team and 3rd party trucking nationwide.
• Willing to work in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Store incoming raw materials and scraps and Finished Goods per allocation and layout.
• Ensure warehouse handling and safety policies are followed.
• Ensure on-time fulfillment of FG delivery to local customers and branches; meet minimum delivery quantity and optimize fleet.
• Manage inventory levels across warehouses and improve efficiency by analyzing data to minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
