Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent with technical background.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Gantry crane operation and welding certificates are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts and adhere to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment per SOPs and instructions.
• Support manufacturing activities to meet output targets.
• Monitor machine conditions and report issues.
• Perform basic welding and fabrication to assist production.
• Inspect products for quality compliance and document results.
• Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance in the area.
• Follow HSE procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to continuous improvement.
