Job summary

Blibli.com is seeking a Warehouse Operations Strategy & Excellence Lead to oversee end-to-end warehouse functions in Jakarta, ensuring capacity, manpower and resources meet service levels. You will coach the team, drive productivity and cost-efficiency, and translate operational data into actionable insights for management and clients.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in warehouse/logistics operations, strong leadership and analytics, and familiarity with WMS and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or related field with GPA ≥3.30.
• Minimum 5 years in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Logistics Operations.
• Proven leadership with performance coaching and manpower planning.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse ops, capacity planning, SLA management and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into improvements.
• Experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal teams, clients and vendors.
• Familiarity with WMS, marketplace systems and data analytics; ability to apply AI/automation in operations.

• Lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring capacity, manpower, and resources are effectively planned to consistently achieve SLAs.
• Manage, coach, and develop the operations team by setting clear priorities, monitoring performance, and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Drive productivity and cost-efficiency initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize manpower, processes, capacity, and operational resources.
• Analyze warehouse performance and develop reports or dashboards that translate operational data into actionable recommendations for management and clients.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence projects to improve productivity, quality, accuracy, turnaround time, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to resolve operational challenges and ensure seamless fulfillment execution.
• Lead operational projects and make timely, data-driven decisions to maintain performance during periods of high demand or operational complexity.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics Operations, or a related area.
• Proven experience in leading and managing people, including performance management, coaching, manpower planning, and team development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, capacity planning, productivity, SLA management, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience translating operational data into actionable insights and measurable improvements.
• Experience leading process improvement / operational excellence initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), marketplace system, operational systems, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies, with the ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Understanding of AI and automation applications in operations, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply AI and technology to improve productivity, process efficiency, data analysis, and operational decision-making
