Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a hands-on warehouse support role in West Java to assist in daily operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will help maintain stock accuracy, follow SOPs, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound activities.

The position involves monitoring workflow, attendance, and basic productivity while assisting in recording activities and supporting supervision. Experience with WMS and a collaborative mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Familiar with inventory control and stock accuracy checks.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and housekeeping standards and SOPs.
• Ability to coordinate inbound/outbound with logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Support inventory control, stock accuracy checks, and proper storage practices.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound activities with logistics and transport teams.
• Monitor daily workflow, attendance, and basic productivity measures.
• Prepare basic warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Support supervision of warehouse staff and adherence to work instructions.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and effective use of warehouse systems (WMS).
