Job summary

Power Commerce Asia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Denpasar, Bali. You will lead daily warehouse operations, manage inbound/outbound, and ensure accuracy across stock and processes. You’ll schedule work, monitor performance, and drive KPIs to meet SLAs while adhering to safety and 5S standards.

Your role includes coordinating with couriers and HO teams, generating reports, and maintaining SOP compliance to ensure smooth, efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations as a leader or supervisor.
• Strong grasp of inbound/outbound, storage, returns and inventory control processes.
• Experience with WMS systems, scanners, and basic operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all warehouse operational activities including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.
• Arrange daily operator work schedules, assign tasks, and drive team performance to targets.
• Daily stock data accuracy checks (WMS vs. physical) and resolve discrepancies.
• Achieve KPIs such as SLA compliance, stock accuracy, and productivity.
• Perform quality checks and ensure SOPs, safety standards, and 5S principles are followed.
• Coordinate with courier teams, admin, customer service, and HO to ensure smooth ops.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly inbound, outbound, aging, and manpower reports.
