Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Warehouse to join PT TRILLIUN PRIMA SUKSES in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to lead and oversee all warehouse operations within our distribution and logistics facility. As Superintendent Warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant warehouse operations whilst managing teams, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical to our supply chain success and offers the chance to make a significant impact on our operational excellence and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock accuracy
• Implement and maintain warehouse organisation systems to maximise efficiency and minimise waste
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company safety procedures
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve throughput and reduce operational costs
• Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure all warehouse machinery operates effectively
• Develop and implement training programmes for warehouse personnel to enhance skills and performance
• Liaise with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Analyse warehouse performance metrics and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all warehouse activities and transactions

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or distribution centre environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple departments and levels
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse technology
• Physical capability to work in a warehouse environment and ability to perform occasional manual tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
