Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a warehouse associate in Indonesia to handle inbound documentation, unpack and organize cargo, and ensure accurate inventory records. The role requires basic high school education and attention to detail in handling goods.

Responsibilities include documenting incoming cargos, applying FIFO/FEFO storage, preparing claims, and coordinating with workshop and logistics to meet customer requirements while adhering to SHE and contamination control standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA in Economics/Science/Technical major.
• GPA not applicable (N/A).

Responsibilities

• Take pictures and documentation for incoming cargos at Warehouse, unload cargos using proper tools, check shipment documents, and compare with actual goods received.
• Move cargos to the inbound area and unpack packages to arrange and organize safely and neatly at the appropriate location.
• Count and check goods referring to inbound delivery documents to ensure there are no discrepancies.
• Put away goods to the correct bin or location using FIFO or FEFO to ensure proper storage.
• Create claim documents to ensure the claim results align with expected outcomes.
• Check outstanding goods issues (GI), identify priority pick tags, collect goods with proper tools, ensuring saleable condition.
• Execute SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and CC (Contamination Control) procedures in Warehouse to meet compliance standards.
• Process tools borrowing and returning to keep tool records up to date.
• Inspect and protect parts from rust, deliver to CAT ADC or handle scrap (RMA) to gain optimal credit.
• Assemble and disassemble kits to meet customer requirements.
• Complete IA (Inventory Adjustment) forms and other documents to comply with policies.
• Count and recount discrepancies to ensure inventory equals system records.
• Prepare and clean TU and CAT Reman Old Core before goods issue to meet Core Acceptance Criteria.
• Check WIP (Work in Progress) for service orders, record in WIP area, and deliver to Workshop.
• Create BAST and gate pass to complete delivery documents for Customers or Forwarders.
