Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experienced in warehouse layout, storage mapping, and inventory control.
• Able to develop and implement warehouse SOPs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/WMS experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize warehouse layout and storage mapping for various finished goods.
• Develop and implement SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor inbound/outbound goods and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse space and ensure proper product handling and storage.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Exim teams.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Prepare inventory reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
