Job summary

PT Changsu Industrial Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Karawang Timur. You will oversee storage of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all warehousing processes.

The role requires 3–7 years in warehousing, with 2–3 in leadership, a strong grasp of WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and a focus on safety, 5S, and cost control. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-7 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor role.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred, esp. managing raw materials, finished goods, and production-related warehouse ops.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Mandarin proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Classify and organize SKUs to optimize space and efficiency.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and safety policies.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and warehouse issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly warehouse reports.
