Ultra Voucher is seeking a Warehouse Officer to support daily warehouse operations, monitor stock alerts, and manage data for merchants, SKUs, and products. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisation, and proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas.

You will generate daily stock reports and coordinate with the team on stock updates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, analytical, and able to work under pressure, with good communication

Qualifications

• Must have SMA/SMK diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, supply chain, inventory, or related areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work well in a team.
