Job summary

Sf Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound shipments at our Marunda facility in North Jakarta. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety while leading a team of supervisors and operators.

The role requires at least five years of hands-on experience in multi-client warehouses, proficiency with Excel and WMS systems, and strong English communication (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on warehouse operations experience.
• Multi-Client Warehouse experience required; EV Warehouse preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and other office software.
• Experienced with WMS or related warehouse systems.
• English proficiency (written and spoken); Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy with cycle counts and stock audits.
• Develop and improve warehouse SOPs and processes.
• Manage space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff.
• Plan manpower, shifts and workforce optimization.
• Monitor costs for labor, equipment and consumables.
• Ensure safety standards and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
• Handle operational issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare productivity and KPI reports.
• Support peak season planning and contingencies.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse systems and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, and delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational processes.
• Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
• Plan manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and workforce optimization.
• Monitor and control warehouse operational costs (labor, equipment, consumables).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments (customer service, transportation, supply chain) and external clients.
• Handle operational issues, exceptions, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports (productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, KPIs).
• Support peak season planning, including resource allocation and contingency plans.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse systems (WMS) and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience
• Multi-Client Warehouse experience is required. Experience handling an Electric Vehicle Warehouse is preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
• Experienced with WMS or related warehouse systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin will be preferable.
• Willing to be placed WFO in Marunda, North Jakarta.
