Posisi ini penuh waktu, dengan tanggung jawab meningkatkan proses, kepatuhan SOP, serta keselamatan kerja. Kandidat dengan minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di manajemen gudang, kemampuan menggunakan WMS, kepemimpinan tim, dan analitik pelaporan operasional akan menjadi prioritas.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, Tbk in Sidoarjo District, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and logistics operations that directly support our business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, optimise warehouse processes, and contribute to the strategic goals of our organisation within the warehousing, storage and distribution sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management
• Oversee the receipt, storage, inventory management and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards, security protocols and compliance with relevant regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimise stock management
• Manage warehouse operations to meet service level agreements and delivery schedules
• Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, generate reports and identify process improvements
• Maintain warehouse facilities, equipment and systems to ensure optimal working conditions
• Control warehouse costs, including labour, materials and utilities, whilst maintaining operational quality
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar logistics operations role
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch processes
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Experience with cost control and budget management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making
• Preferred experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Knowledge of local Indonesian regulations and business practices is advantageous
