Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics operations in Jakarta, focusing on inventory, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely deliveries.

You will build relationships with transport and warehouse partners, monitor KPIs, and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions while driving cost efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics, with a bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the retail FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems, warehouse management, and transportation strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in leading system transformation
