Job summary

Talent Insider, an upcoming HR consultancy in Indonesia, is seeking a senior logistics and EXIM specialist to lead export-import operations and ensure robust supply chain performance across borders.

You will plan and manage end-to-end logistics, coordinate with sales and manufacturing, optimize stock levels, handle customs declarations, and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and logistics partners to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on Export-Import (EXIM) processes.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with EXIM documentation, including customs declarations, export licenses, and certificates of origin.
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
