Job summary

PT Coats Rejo Indonesia, based in Pasuruan, seeks a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years in warehouse and distribution. The role requires a strong understanding of warehousing systems and SAP proficiency, plus fluency in English for global collaboration.

The successful candidate will lead daily warehouse activities, enforce H&S SOPs, optimize layouts, and coordinate with forwarders to manage costs while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, SCM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse & Distribution.
• Strong understanding of Warehousing & Distribution systems and SAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate all company H&S SOPs to team members timely and effectively.
• Supervise warehouse operations (put away, picking, packing, distribution) within budget and in compliance with policies.
• Manage daily activities (put away, picking, packing, distribution) in line with company policy.
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer issues with priority.
• Review warehouse layout and propose system resets to optimize space capacity.
• Ensure finished goods are stored properly and conduct cycle counts, bin consolidation, and replenishment.
• Manage and assess forwarder performance to control costs.

Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor (Pasuruan Based)

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse & Distribution.

Strong understanding of Warehousing & Distribution system

Familiar and advance using SAP.

Can-Do attitude, willing to learn, willing to grow.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with global teams.

Key responsibilities

Communicate all company H&S SOPs policies to all team members timely and effectively and supervise activities in accordance with SOP and policies

Supervise warehouse operation (put away, picking, packing, and distribution) for all finished goods effectively within approved budget and in compliance with all company policies

Manage daily activity (put away, picking, packing, distribution) in compliance with company policy

Liaise with relevant departments in solving issues relating to customers with priority

Review warehouse layout periodically and propose system reset to optimize warehouse space capacity

Ensure finished goods are stored in good manner and all required controlling activities are conducted properly and timely: cycle count, bin consolidation, fixed bin replenishment

Manage and assess forwarder performance to ensure cost is managed effectively
