Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, storage, and distribution activities in a fast-paced medical device environment.

You will ensure precise inventory handling, stock control, and timely distribution while maintaining adherence to Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) and company procedures. Proficiency with WMS, SAP, or ERP systems is expected, along with strong communication and English language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain/logistics experience in the medical device industry, or 3 years in a relevant industry.
• Good understanding of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/SAP/ERP is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse, storage, and distribution operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory handling, stock control, and timely distribution.
• Maintain compliance with Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) and company procedures.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare relevant reports.
• Coordinate priorities and resolve warehouse or logistics issues effectively.
• Support the use of WMS, SAP, or ERP systems in daily operations.
