Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management (Warehouse) Lead in Cikarang to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. You will drive inventory accuracy, enforce safety, and lead a team to meet service and productivity targets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining warehouse systems, and implementing process improvements. A minimum of 3 years in warehousing with supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping & receiving operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, and outbound distribution.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor shipping and receiving schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal workflow.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast workload demand, align on priorities, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Establish and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling discrepancies with system records.
• Monitor warehouse safety and security by enforcing procedures and maintaining compliance with guidelines.
• Supervise, coach, and support warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Plan staffing levels, manage work schedules, and monitor productivity.
