Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics administrative role.
• Strong proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with warehouse staff at all levels.
• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
• Preferred: Previous experience working in Indonesian warehouses or distribution centres.
• Preferred: Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs procedures.
