Job summary

JAPFA, a leading agribusiness in Indonesia, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations at our Serang facility. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will operate material handling equipment and WMS, ensure inventory integrity through labeling and stock movements, and assist with cycle counts. The role involves guiding junior operators and reporting issues promptly to contribute to productivity

Qualifications

• Experience in daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Understanding of safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to work under supervision and guide junior operators.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Operate material handling equipment and warehouse systems (WMS) safely and accurately
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling, labelling, and stock movements
• Support compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations
• Support workflow coordination and guide junior operators where required
• Report operational issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
• Contribute to productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
