Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a warehouse operations support role to assist in day-to-day activities at our Central Java facility. You will help with receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while contributing to inventory accuracy and safe, compliant processes.

This role involves coordinating with logistics teams, maintaining records, and supporting supervision of staff. Focus on SOPs, housekeeping and continuous improvement using WMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Support inventory control and stock accuracy checks.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound activities with logistics and transport teams.
• Monitor daily workflow, attendance and basic productivity measures.
• Prepare basic warehouse records, reports and documentation.
• Support supervision of warehouse staff and adherence to work instructions.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and use of warehouse systems (WMS).
