Job summary

DejaVu Billiard Bali is seeking a friendly, communicative waitress to join the team. No prior experience is required. You will welcome customers, take orders, explain menu items, and deliver food and beverages with courtesy.

Work involves maintaining clean service areas, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and providing fast, professional service while handling guest questions. Accommodation is provided for employees from outside Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• No prior experience required for this role.
• Friendly, communicative, with good attitude.
• Neat and clean appearance.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shift system.
• Disciplined, honest, responsible, with strong work ethic.
• Able to work in dynamic situations and under pressure.
• Skills in taking orders, customer service, communication, food & beverage service, teamwork, basic food and beverage knowledge, and hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers with friendliness and courtesy.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and precisely.
• Explain menu items to customers when needed.
• Deliver food and beverages according to orders.
• Ensure customer needs are met while in the billiard area.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of tables and service areas.
• Clean and set tables after customers finish.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer questions and requests professionally.
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional service.
