Maju Operations and Development (KULT Cafe & Shop) is seeking enthusiastic waiters to join our on-site hospitality team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This contract position focuses on delivering memorable dining experiences with attentive, courteous service.

You will be the face of the establishment, engaging guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and helping maintain a smooth service flow during peak times.

Qualifications

About the role

Maju Operations and Development (KULT Cafe & Shop) is seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters to join our hospitality team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a contract position offering an excellent opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will be the face of our establishment, providing guests with memorable dining experiences through attentive, courteous, and efficient service. This role is based on-site in Central Lombok, where you will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure every guest receives exceptional care and attention.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and promptly seating them at available tables
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicating these clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serving meals and drinks in a professional manner, ensuring correct items are delivered to the right guests
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverage pairings
• Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and presentation throughout your shift
• Clearing tables promptly and resetting them for subsequent guests
• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately and professionally
• Responding to guest requests and queries with courtesy and efficiency
• Maintaining awareness of table management and ensuring optimal guest flow throughout service

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience working as waiting staff or in a customer-facing hospitality role
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding order accuracy and table management
• The ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods whilst carrying trays and heavy items
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn
