Job summary

Maju Operations and Development (KULT Cafe & Shop) is seeking enthusiastic waiters to join our on-site hospitality team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This contract position focuses on delivering memorable dining experiences with attentive, courteous service.

You will be the face of the establishment, engaging guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and helping maintain a smooth service flow during peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience in waiting staff or customer-facing hospitality roles.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Attention to detail with order accuracy and table management.
• Ability to stay calm during busy service periods and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them promptly at tables.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving meals and drinks professionally and correctly.
• Providing menu recommendations and beverage pairings.
• Maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Clearing and resetting tables for new guests.
• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
• Responding to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.
• Managing table flow to ensure smooth service.
