• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
• Present menus and explain daily specials, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary requirements
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all items are presented correctly
• Monitor table service throughout the meal, refilling glasses, clearing plates, and addressing guest needs promptly
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card transactions securely
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, tables, and service stations
• Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, escalating to management when necessary
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous
