About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Daily Worker Waiters and Waitresses to join our team at Daimyo Bali in the vibrant heart of Seminyak. This is a part-time position that offers flexible working arrangements, perfect for individuals seeking to develop their hospitality career or balance other commitments. As a waiter or waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in accordance with restaurant layout and guest preferences
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our food and beverage offerings
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring correct items are delivered to the correct guests
• Checking in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and addressing any concerns or requests
• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately and securely
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables between service
• Supporting colleagues during busy service periods and assisting with general restaurant duties as needed
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and restaurant policies at all times
