Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and input orders into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
• Ensure guests receive the correct orders and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Check on guest satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking service areas
