Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of waiter/waitress experience in hospitality.
• Experience in premium/high-volume restaurants is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Handle guest complaints appropriately and report any issues to the Floor Manager or Supervisor

Prepare tables and service stations before the restaurant opens

Clear and reset tables efficiently during service

About you

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment

Experience in a premium, lifestyle, or high-volume restaurant is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a friendly and positive personality

Good knowledge of food and beverage service

Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Good command of English is preferred
