Job summary

Laïa Café & Spa in Ungasan, Bali, is seeking a friendly, responsible Waiter to join our team. You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, upsell, and ensure prompt service in a busy international environment.

Requirements include basic English, hospitality experience, and the ability to communicate menu details clearly. Shifts include mornings and weekends; probation salary is provided with benefits and a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter, server, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Basic conversational English.
• Confident communicating with international guests.
• Friendly, polite, attentive, and professional.
• Experience using a POS or cashier system is an advantage.
• Basic coffee or beverage knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work in Ungasan, Bali.

Responsibilities

Welcome, greet, and seat guests professionally

Present menus and explain available food and drinks

Take orders accurately and repeat orders for confirmation

Ask about guest preferences, allergies, and dietary requirements

Recommend menu items and assist with upselling

Serve food and beverages promptly

Employment Information

Full-time position

Shift starting times may include 07:00, 10:00, 12:00, or 14:00

Basic salary during probation: Rp2,750,000 per month

Basic salary after probation: Rp3,200,000 per month

Daily food allowance: Rp15,000 per working day
