five30 in Bali is seeking a friendly Barista/Waiter to join our café team. The role combines drink preparation, table service, and general café duties to deliver a warm, efficient guest experience.

You will handle orders, serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and assist with restocking and cash handling in a busy hospitality setting on-site in Bali.

Qualifications

• Basic coffee-making skills; training can be provided.
• Previous café, barista, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Friendly, polite, and confident with customers.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and well presented.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Based in Bali with the legal right to work in Indonesia.
