Job summary

Masonry. Restaurant Canggu & Bar Vera Restaurant in Bali is seeking enthusiastic Waiter and Waitress for an on-site, contract position in Kuta Utara.

You will deliver outstanding service, assist guests with menu knowledge, and uphold high hospitality standards as a front-of-house team member. Ideal candidates have previous waiter/waitress experience, strong English communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality establishment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests
• Excellent customer service attitude with a genuine desire to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
• Fluency in English
• Domiciled in Bali and able to join immediately

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiter and Waitress to join the Masonry. Restaurant Canggu & Bar Vera Restaurant in Kuta Utara, Bali. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, providing outstanding customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. This position is based on-site at our Kuta Selatan location, where you will work as part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in the hospitality industry.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality establishment
