Little Palmerhaus seeks an experienced Creative Fashion Manager to lead the end-to-end product development process, overseeing Fashion Brand, Sourcing & Product Development, and Sample Room. You will report to the COO and drive seasonal product strategies, ensuring design excellence and commercially successful collections aligned with brand identity and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fashion/apparel
• 5+ years in managerial role
• Strong knowledge of product development and costing

Responsibilities

• Lead Fashion Brand, Sourcing & Product Development, and Sample Room teams.
• Develop seasonal collection strategies based on market insights.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to production handover.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Ecommerce and Marketing for timely launches.
• Establish and improve product development processes and SOPs.
