Job summary

The Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is seeking a proactive Front Office/Rooms Management professional to oversee daily room assignments and optimize guest occupancy. You will coordinate with revenue, front office, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth check-ins, upgrades, and timely room status updates.

Requirements include 1–3+ years in hotel front office or rooms management, strong Opera PMS experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in front office or rooms management in a hotel setting.
• Strong familiarity with PMS, especially Opera.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• High attention to detail with multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily room assignments and blocking for guests, VIPs, and loyalty members.
• Monitor room availability and work with revenue/front office to optimize occupancy and upgrades.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to track room status and prioritize cleaning for timely check-ins.
• Fulfill special requests regarding bed types, connecting rooms, and amenities while resolving room-related issues.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication during peak operational hours.
