Job summary

MatchaTalent is assisting a premier real estate developer to recruit a Head of Infrastructure for a flagship, large-scale coastal resort project in South Lombok, Indonesia. The role oversees civil infrastructure, utilities, and commissioning to handover readiness.

You will coordinate with executives, consultants, and contractors, lead a skilled team, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure safety, quality, and sustainability across the entire delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects with multiple packages.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex infrastructure developments.
• Strong hands-on experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, and utility installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utility packages, ensuring safety and schedule alignment.
• Review surveys, designs, specs, and docs to identify constructability issues and risks.
• Develop and monitor infrastructure schedules, budgets, procurement, and risks.
