Job summary

Bali Dream Living is seeking reliable Villa Cleaners to join our team in Uluwatu, Bali. You will keep managed villas spotless, welcoming guests, and ready for turnover between bookings.

Must have previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, own motorbike, and be able to work on a 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule. You’ll report to management and uphold privacy and high professional standards at all times.

• Living in Pecatu area.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow schedules and work independently.
• Must have own motorbike.

Responsibilities

• Make beds and tidy guest rooms.
• Remove rubbish and replace bins.
• Clean bathrooms and kitchens.
• Sweep, mop, and wipe surfaces.
• Refill amenities and supplies.
• Ensure AC and windows are correctly set.
• Maintain clean and tidy common areas.
• Complete linen change and laundry handling.
• Deep cleaning of all rooms and spaces.
• Restock amenities for new arrivals.
• Reset villa presentation to guest-ready standard.
• Report damages or maintenance issues immediately.

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Villa Cleaners to join our team at Bali Dream Living. This role is key to ensuring our managed villas in Uluwatu remain spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests at all times.

Schedule & Availability

Must be fully available between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Daily Tasks

Making beds and tidying guest rooms

Removing rubbish and replacing bins

Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens

Sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces

Refilling amenities and supplies

Ensuring AC and windows are correctly set

Maintaining clean and tidy common areas

Turnover Days

Complete linen change and laundry handling

Deep cleaning of all rooms and spaces

Restocking amenities for new arrivals

Resetting villa presentation to guest-ready standard

Reporting damages or maintenance issues immediately

Professional Standards

Uniform to be worn (provided)

Respect guest privacy at all times

All issues to be reported directly to management

Requirements

MUST be living in the Pecatu area
