About the role Svarna Living is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to join our team in Seminyak Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our property, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and hospitality. As part of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests experience impeccable living spaces and exceptional service throughout their stay.

What you'll be doing

Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, suites and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation

Changing bed linens, towels and other textiles according to established schedules and guest requests

Restocking guest amenities, including toiletries, towels and other supplies in a timely and efficient manner

Inspecting rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and reporting these to management promptly

Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and polishing all surfaces and furnishings to maintain pristine conditions

Disposing of waste appropriately and maintaining organised storage areas for cleaning supplies

Responding to guest requests for additional cleaning services or special requirements with professionalism and courtesy

Collaborating with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless operations

Following all health, safety and environmental guidelines in the execution of duties

Contributing to the overall guest satisfaction by delivering service that exceeds expectations

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in housekeeping, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards

Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently without constant supervision

Reliability and punctuality, with a professional demeanour and positive attitude

Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset

Respectful and discreet approach to guests' privacy and personal belongings

Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and best practices in housekeeping

Experience in a luxury or upscale hospitality setting is preferred
