Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and audience retention
• Able to turn raw, unstructured footage into compelling narratives
• Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple revisions
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-minded
