Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in social media content, a strong showreel, and proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Bachelor’s or diploma in multimedia preferred.

We're looking for creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Video Editors & Videographers to create engaging short-form content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Whether your expertise is behind the camera, in the editing room, or both, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture compelling footage with strong composition, lighting, and audio quality (Videographer).
• Edit engaging videos with effective storytelling, pacing, transitions, motion graphics, and audio-visual synchronization (Video Editor).
• Develop a variety of content styles, including product-focused videos, short skits/drama, gamified formats, lifestyle content, and other creative concepts.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring content ideas to life from pre-production through post-production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, particularly in creating content for social media.
• Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing your shooting and/or editing capabilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• For Videographer applicants: experience operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and an understanding of shot composition.
• Strong storytelling skills with a creative eye for visual content.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Film/Broadcasting, Visual Communication Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in a creative agency, media company, production house, or fast-paced brand environment.
