Key responsibilities

Edit podcasts, webinars, interviews, and long-form videos.

Repurpose long-form content into Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Identify strong moments, hooks, and key messages for short-form content.

Create engaging subtitles, captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics.

Apply retention-focused editing to improve watch time and engagement.

Create basic video thumbnails.

Organize and manage video assets, footage, and project files.

Collaborate with Content Strategists and Creative teams to execute content concepts.

Optimize videos based on social media trends and performance insights.

About you

Experience as a Video Editor, Short-form Video Editor, or Content Creator.

Proficient in at least one professional editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Proficient in CapCut.

Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, hooks, and retention editing.

Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics.

Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Able to adapt editing styles to different brands, audiences, and platforms.

Able to work efficiently with multiple content and editing deadlines.

Portfolio is required.
