• You love the cheat codes. You actively use and experiment with AI tools to speed up your workflow so you can focus on the actual creative work

What You'll Do

• Craft High-Impact Stories: Restructure raw footage into high-engagement narratives with sharp pacing, emotional beats, and seamless flow.
• Master the Mix: Clean up dialogue, mix voiceovers, lay down music, and drop sound design that gives viewers goosebumps
• Make It Pop: Color-correct and grade shots for brand consistency, build clean motion graphics, animate text, and design slick transitions
• Keep It Tight: Own your projects. Keep your project files, assets, and exports flawlessly organized (yes, we care about folder structures)
• Stay Ahead: Monitor platform shifts, ride the wave of editing trends, and bring fresh, tactical ideas to creative brainstorming sessions
