StickEarn, an advertising technology company in Indonesia, is offering a Vendor & Partnership Intern role. You will support vendor relationships, draft agreements, and help coordinate events, venues, and production projects while gaining hands-on experience in operations.

Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome. The role is hybrid, based in Central Jakarta (Cempaka Putih). Strong communication, proactive attitude, and basic negotiation understanding are preferred.

As a Vendor & Partnership Intern, you will support the team in managing vendor relationships and partnership activities, while gaining hands‑on experience in coordination, documentation, and operational processes—especially within events, venues, and production-related projects.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Support the negotiation and preparation of vendor agreements to ensure efficiency and minimize risk.
• Conduct research to identify potential vendors and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
• Assist in compiling project data, reports, and campaign documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
