StickEarn, a fast-growing AdTech startup in Jakarta, is offering a Vendor & Partnership Intern position. You will help manage vendor relationships and partnerships, assist with agreements, and research potential opportunities.

The role provides hands-on experience in events, venues, and production projects within a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a final-year student or fresh graduate with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of negotiation.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of negotiation or contract processes is a plus.
• Internship experience in events, venues, or production industries is preferred.
• Ability to create simple proposals or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Support the negotiation and preparation of vendor agreements to ensure efficiency and minimize risk.
• Conduct research to identify potential vendors and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
• Assist in compiling project data, reports, and campaign documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.

As a Vendor & Partnership Intern, you will support the team in managing vendor relationships and partnership activities, while gaining hands-on experience in coordination, documentation, and operational processes- especially within events, venues, and production-related projects.

What We're Looking For

Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of negotiation or contract processes is a plus.

Previous internship experience in events, venues, or production industries is preferred.

Ability to create simple proposals or presentations is a plus.

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks.

Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with availability to work from Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
