Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a proactive Vendor & Partnership Intern to assist in building and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners, and to support contract processes and documentation. This role offers exposure to real projects in a fast-growth AdTech environment in Jakarta.

You will help research potential vendors, maintain databases, prepare proposals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup, with an on-site component in Central Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of negotiation or contract processes is a plus.
• Previous internship experience in events, venues, or production industries is preferred.
• Ability to create simple proposals or presentations is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with availability to work from Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
