Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a Partner (Community) Engagement Intern in Jakarta to support driver communities and manage relations with stakeholders. You will help maintain community databases, communicate updates, and assist in solving community issues, gaining practical experience in partnership operations.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates who are proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with strong communication and organizational skills, able to work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Able to work in a hybrid-working scheme with good responsibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Partner Engagement team in updating and managing community databases on a daily basis.
• Support in identifying and providing solutions to driver communities’ issues.
• Maintain regular communication with driver communities to ensure engagement and alignment.
• Share relevant information and updates related to StickEarn with community partners.
• Produce individual reports related to Partner Engagement activities and progress.

As a Partner (Community) Engagement Intern, you will support the team in managing relationships with driver communities, maintaining communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.
